About the event
Post Surgical Massage for the Hip & Knee is a comprehensive, clinically focused course designed for massage therapists who want to confidently and safely work with clients after hip and knee surgery. This full-day training explores the surgical process, common post-operative challenges, contraindications, and evidence-informed massage techniques that support recovery. Emphasis is placed on improving mobility, reducing pain and swelling, addressing scar tissue, and adapting sessions across different stages of healing. Through lecture, discussion, and hands-on practice, participants will gain practical tools they can immediately integrate into their clinical work.
